Who is responsible for this website?
Darts Radar is an independent UK darts discovery website. The website and The Daily Darts Drop newsletter are operated under the name Darts Radar. For enquiries about your information, subscriptions, access or deletion requests, contact newsletter@dartsradar.com.
The Daily Darts Drop newsletter
If you choose to subscribe, we use the email address you provide to send The Daily Darts Drop: professional-player updates, coaching discoveries and new darts equipment. The newsletter may sometimes contain clearly labelled affiliate promotions. Subscriptions are voluntary, and we use consent as our basis for sending marketing emails.
Our signup form is hosted by Brevo, our email service provider. Brevo handles single-step email sign-up, contact-list management and email delivery. After you subscribe using the form, Brevo sends one branded welcome email without asking you to confirm a link. It also maintains records of subscriptions and unsubscribes. Depending on service settings, Brevo may record delivery, opening or click data. Your newsletter address is not stored in the Darts Radar website repository.
We send newsletter emails when you actively subscribe using the form; no separate email verification step is required. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the Unsubscribe link in a newsletter or writing to newsletter@dartsradar.com. Unsubscribing stops future marketing emails; we may retain limited suppression and consent records to respect your choice and meet legal requirements.
When you visit the website
Our website is hosted using Cloudflare services. Technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and security logs may be processed to operate and protect the site. We use legitimate interests in running a secure website where appropriate. Google Fonts may receive technical information when your browser requests the fonts used by the site.
Cloudflare also supplies browser-based performance and usage measurement. Its beacon is present on the live site. We use aggregate reporting to understand how the site performs; we do not add personal details to tracking links. See Cloudflare’s privacy notice for information about its services.
At present Darts Radar does not offer accounts or on-site checkout. We do not ask for payment card details.
We remember when you choose to dismiss the newsletter invitation using a small preference stored in your browser for up to 14 days. This records only the dismissal time, not your identity or email address, and is not sent to Darts Radar. We also remember in your browser that a sign-up succeeded so we do not repeatedly prompt you. Neither setting stores your email address. You can clear it using your browser storage settings.
Other websites, affiliate links and cookies
Darts Radar links to third-party articles, videos and retailers. A clearly labelled Ad link may direct you through an affiliate tracking service (for example Adtraction) to a retailer (for example Darts Corner). The service or retailer may use cookies or similar technology after you click. Their own privacy and cookie notices apply. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases, at no additional cost to you.
We do not currently run on-site display advertising. If we add other analytics, advertising cookies or other non-essential tracking on this website, we will update this notice and obtain any consent required by UK law before using that technology.
Who receives information and how long we keep it
Newsletter information is processed through Brevo; technical website traffic is handled by our hosting and security providers. Where a provider processes information internationally, applicable contractual and legal safeguards must be in place. We retain subscriber information while you are subscribed, and limited records as needed to manage unsubscribes, security and legitimate requests. Technical logs are retained according to relevant provider settings and operational needs.
We do not sell subscriber email addresses.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, restriction of its use, and certain other rights under UK data protection law. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Contact newsletter@dartsradar.com to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
